When was the last time you got dressed up for a murder? Join us for a dinner and murder mystery at the UCCS college at Bemis Hall. Travel back to the 1930s and an old English manor for a night of fun and laughter hosted by the Evergreen Cemetery Benevolent Society and Red Herring.  April 28, 2007

Calling all gardeners!!! The out of control roses, shrubs, seedlings, and bulbs are overtaking the cemetery sections! We will meet at the cemetery office (parking on the right as you enter) at approx. 8am on Wednesday, July 18th, 2007. We will travel to the sections that need TLC. Bring your pruners, gloves, hats, and sunscreen! We need the help to bring this cemetery back to the show place it once was.
This is not a slight on the magnificent men and women who work here. Their efforts are concentrated in  other areas and are just as important! Any contribution of time will be much appreciated.
The fresh air and peaceful surroundings are worth the effort. I promise! Ingrid Mcdonald will wait at the gate till 8:30am for stragglers. Check this site again for locations of the sections. Maps are always available at the main office doors.

OCTOBER brought "scary" movies to the chapel in Evergreen. Almost 50 participants per evening gathered at the entrance to be brought in by lamp light and enjoyed popcorn and hot cider while watching classic movies. The ECBS want to thank everyone who showed enthusiasm and interest in this event. It's success will lead to a broader event next year.

Having some fun
